Q: The game shuts down as soon as it loads the first level
A: Your device is running out of memory. Try the following to free up some memory:
- Manually shut down any other apps that may be running in the background
- Turn your device off and turn it on again
- Perform a hard reset.

Q: What is KnightScape?
A: KnightScape is a free to play action-adventure game for the iOS platform. The game is from Virtual Intelligence Inc.
Q: Is it really Free?
A: The game really is FREE in the Apple App store. Once in the game, you collect coins to purchase an array of extra goods, weapons and lives. We do have some items that you can buy using your iTunes account. You should be able to play the entire game for FREE if you practice and work hard at it!
Q: Is my device/platform supported?
A: KnightScape is compatible with devices running iOS 5.1 and later.
Q: What if my device is not supported?
A: Don’t worry! We’re currently working on bringing KnightScape to even more popular platforms, including Android
Q: Do I need WiFi to download KnightScape?
A: No. KnightScape is under 50mb, you can download it anywhere using your mobile connection, but often Wifi is quicker
Q: What’s Mojaro all about? I don’t get it.
A: It’s simple really. Our company is called Virtual Intelligence Inc. but we have created a sub-brand called Mojaro. As we grow and expand, this will also be the name given to a new mobile gaming platform that all of our games will operate on.
